You can sort the information within the table by clicking on any one of the column titles. For example to sort by DATE, click on the word "DATE." The information within the table will be sorted by date. A triangle will appear next to the word date. If the triangle is pointing down, the information is sorted by date in descending order. Clicking on "DATE" again will reverse the direction of the sort and the triangle will point in the opposite direction (ie, up) which indicates the dates are organized in ascending order.

NOTE: The information in the table is formatted as follows:

• DATE is given as Year-Month-Day.
• NAME is the person or group sponsoring the event.
• LOCATION is given as State, City.
• EVENT DETAILS are start and end times, purpose of event, point of contact, etc.
